The most diverse department of the station is typically the talk show section. Every evening at 6pm, The Wildcat, 91.9 turns the station over to the people who can talk for an hour about various topics. Featuring Sports, Politics on both sides, Local Music, or any other issue that our students feel passionate about, 6pm nightly guarantees great radio with the best possible interaction for our listeners!
Our talk director is also in charge of the Specialty Shows that air nightly at midnight. This shift is the one that gives our dj's the most freedom... From talk to music, the dj is free to pick his or her format, playlist, and anything else they feel up to doing. We've had 80's specialty shows, local music blocks, comedic stand-up programs, and even a Disney music specialty show!
